Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Environmental Assessment and Restoration (DEAR), in accordance with Ch 403.67 F.S., is responsible for collectiong continuous monitoring (CM) water quality data statewide for use in environmental assessments, such as Impaired Waters Rule Assessments, and modeling, such as Total Maximum Daily Loads and Basin Management Action Plans. This procurement request is for continued use of the Aquarius™ Time Series (AQTS) cloud service by DEAR to store, manage, conduct data quality review and provide access to/use of the CM data. The AQTS application is well and uniquely designed for CM data management and reporting, and its continued use will provide DEAR with seamless and timely data management.
