The appraisal subject area consists of: 1. Platted park space and open space tracts shown in this map: Map of Platted Park Space and Open Space Tracts 2. The platted lots identified with the PIN #s provided in this link: PIN #s 3. Additional Maps are provided in this link: Two Additional Maps The appraisal must be in compliance with: 1. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice USPAP 2. Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (commonly referred to as the Yellow Book) 3. 49 CFR 24, § 24.103 Criteria for appraisals (49 CFR 24, 24.103) The appraisal must be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving a signed Purchase Order.
