Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.WAN and Internet Servicesa.ACLD is interested in a network design that incorporates cost-effective data communicationand transport services to all sites that provide scalable bandwidth, capacity, and reliablethroughput. Attachment B lists the Library Branches that will require this service. ACLDreserves the right to add, remove and move service sites at its discretion.b.Offeror shall provide Layer 3 managed WAN service and internet connectivity.c.Offeror's network design should include detailed technical narrative and illustration(s) abouthow Offeror proposes to accomplish this scope of services.d. WAN Design Features and Functionality (including all CLEC and ILEC handoffs or last mile)e.WAN Design Materials and Equipment f.Service Level Agreement (including Packet Loss, Latency, Jitter, Throughput,Uptime/Availability, Downtime reimbursement)
