Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Winter Haven has a shuffleboard complex containing 24 courts. Over the course of the next 1-2 years it is anticipated all courts will be in need of resurfacing. This bid will serve as an Annual Contract in which the City may request services from the vendor over the course of the contract. Bidders should specify a cost “per court” based on the specifications below. This will be a phased project consisting of approximately four (4) courts per phase. After the initial phase, the City may complete a larger number of courts per phase depending on funding and anticipated usage. Contractor will clean court surface by power washing or sanding court, as required. Contractor will then install two (2) coats by squeegee of stain, chosen by the owner, of a performance acrylic color coat system. Contractor will stencil paint new lines with 100% pigmented white paint. Contractor will clean job site and dispose of all related debris leaving behind a court ready for immediate use.
