City of Winter Haven is requesting responses from Suppliers to provide painting, pressure washing, and related services on an as- needed basis at City-owned and/or City maintained locations. Projects will range in size but will not include projects that require a formal bid, per public construction procurement guidelines. The work may include, but is not limited to: general painting, wall surface preparation and/or repair, miscellaneous painting, pressure washing, and related services. The Supplier(s) will submit proposals that include: all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, scaffolding, apparatus, supplies and tools necessary for the safe, proper, and lawful execution and completion of the work, including interior and exterior painting and related services. The Supplier shall complete projects in a timely, coordinated manner. The Supplier shall install, maintain, and remove equipment for the proper execution of the contract. The Supplier shall be responsible for the safe, proper, and lawful performance of equipment, maintenance, and use of the same; and perform in the best manner, and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated herein, or reasonably implied therein.
