Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide support for strategic planning and coordination of all efforts related to the planning, coordination, expenditure, and reporting of funds. b. Develop and implement strategies designated to maximize various federal and state funding sources (e.g., ARPA, state broadband funds from ARPA, future infrastructure bills). c. Identify potential improvements and maximize public assistance/American Rescue Plan Act funding in conjunction with the County and other local entities. d. Respondent should have or be able to create a resource portal for Non-Profit Organizations to access to see what grants are available to them through ARPA Funds. e. Provide to the county a plan for on the job monitoring of all contractors to guard the County against fraud.
