1. Vendor will provide landfill ADC for use at the North Central Landfill, located at 7425 DeCastro Road, Winter Haven FL 33880. 2. When the County is in need of ADC, the County will contact the first low vendor first with the items and quantities needed and they will have three business days to respond if they can deliver the needed product with seven days of their response. If the first low vendor cannot provide the product within the timeframe required, the County will then contact the second low vendor and so on. 3. The ADC product may include cellulose paper mulch, premium paper mulch, pelletized mulch, hay, or equivalent and a water-soluble method of coloring the slurry (e.g., dye packs). 4. The ADC product must include all components (e.g., product, dye packs, shredded paper, mulch, etc.) required to create a slurry that is suitable for use in a Finn LF120 hydro-seeder. 5. Product must be Verdac (manufactured by LSC Environmental Products LLC). No equivalents will be accepted.
