A. Maintenance Services Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for all aircraft in accordance with OEM specifications, FAA regulations, and applicable military maintenance practices. Maintenance shall be conducted by FAA-certified or equivalently qualified technicians. Ensure compliance with FAA Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Time Between Overhaul (TBO) requirements. Accommodate approved external vendors for specialty work as required, ensuring compliance with FAA standards and FSG operational needs. Adhere to industry-standard turnaround times for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and provide expedited service to minimize mission impact. B. Maintenance Tracking andReporting Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a digital maintenance tracking system. Track scheduled inspections, TBOs, component lifecycles, and recurring discrepancies. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance status reports. Submit burn down reports to monitor outstanding maintenance tasks and aircraft readiness. Conduct maintenance forecasting based on flight hours, cycles, and historical trends to support operational planning. Notify FSG of upcoming inspections, due items, or aircraft out-of-service conditions. C. Supply Support and Bench Stock Maintain a small bench stock of commonly used expendable and consumable parts. Establish a basic Prescribed Load List (PLL) tailored to the FSG fleet and missions. Recommend stocking levels based on usage history and mission tempo. Provide cost estimates and procurement support for large or long-lead items as directed by FSG. D. Field Maintenance Support Provide on-call field maintenance capability to support aircraft away from home station. Support includes both a flying mechanic and a ground team (e.g., with maintenance truck and equipment). Be prepared to respond on short notice during emergencies, natural disasters, or deployments.
