1.1. Scope of Sole Source The Water Resources Department intends to relocate the Water Resources Department Environmental Compliance Laboratory’s existing Agilent 5110 ICP-OES spectrophotometer system. The former laboratory is located at 1635 3rd Avenue North, St. Petersburg Florida 33713 and needs to be relocated to the new laboratory located at 1630 3rd Avenue North. Components to be moved include: Agilent 5110 ICP-OES system Agilent 5100 ICP-OES Spectrophotometer Agilent SPS 4 Autosampler Agilent G8481A Water Chiller Vendor must deinstall and load-up the ICP-OES system from the existing location to be transported, unloaded, and reinstalled in the designated new laboratory space. Upon the reinstallation, the vendor must perform a full preventative maintenance procedure to verify a standard level of operation. Only Agilent factory parts are to be utilized for any project maintenance or repair. Any project maintenance or repair performed must not invalidate any existing warranty or service contracts between the City of St. Petersburg and Agilent Technologies, Inc. To date, Agilent Technologies, Inc. has been identified as the exclusive source of Agilent parts and software, and uses proprietary tools to correctly diagnose and repair Agilent products which are exclusive to factory authorized repairs.
