Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is requesting quotes from a qualified state certified and insured, installer/repair contractor(s) for access control repair, maintenance, programming, and new installation of access securing systems and devices at City facilities on a continuing services contract basis. This includes card readers, magnetic locking, key fobs, access control programming, electric door strikes, access control panels, gate access control readers, camera systems, and integrations, and push to exit/enter buttons. The City of Palm Bay is requesting quotes for: · Hourly rates; · Material mark-up; · Annual preventive maintenance of access equipment. The City of Palm Bay’s goal is to maintain access control through a planned annual preventive maintenance program. One (1) annual inspection, testing, and report is incorporated into this contract for the complete access system.
