The Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, Inc. (FAPPO), a non-profit association, are seeking proposals to hire an Association Management Company (AMC), which would be responsible for the overall administrative functions and conference management of the association. The services to be performed shall consist of the work described in the Scope of Services as defined herein. The successful AMC shall be responsible for the professional quality of work products, timely completion, and coordination of all services outlined in this Request for Proposals. Along with providing excellent organizational and administrative management skills, FAPPO is looking for a firm that will collaborate on behalf of FAPPO with other professional associations. The AMC shall act with integrity and professionalism when coordinating with the Officers, Board of Directors, general membership of FAPPO and other stakeholders. FAPPO’s membership consists of approximately 1,500 members and is one of the largest independent procurement associations in the country
