Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope of work consists of the development of new parking, landscaping and site improvements for the three new Lots 55, 56 and 57 at Flagler Street along the Busway at Homestead Campus located at 500 College Terrace Homestead Florida 33030. Total parking required will be a total of 400 new parking spaces. Lot #55 is presently being used for temporary parking and housing 300 spaces. An additional 100 spaces shall be included in the West Lot. Specific Project Components will include: - Paving and drainage - Parking bumpers - Designated Motorcycles parking - Covered Bicycle Parking - NO ADA at new lots (these will be covered at existing main parking lots) - Landscaping - Irrigation - Exterior Lighting, - Decorative fence and gates - CCTV Cameras - Access Control devices at gating - Public Safety Booth - Blue Phones and wireless access points - Signage
