Miami Shores Village is seeking Statements of Qualification from architectural design firms experienced in golf facility and clubhouse design for renovation of the current facilities, including an event space and renovation of kitchen facilities. Miami Shores Village is requesting architectural design services that would be appropriate for the community, given the nature, tradition and history of Miami Shores County Club. The objective is to design the clubhouse and recreational facility that is aesthetically pleasing, utilizes space and resources efficiently, is economically sustainable, and provides a unique public atmosphere for Miami Shores Village residents and guests. The Consultant shall perform engineering design and architectural services, permitting application preparation, and construction phase engineering services. The engineering services anticipatedto be performed under this contract include, but may not be limited to landscape architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering and other technical and professional services, as required.
