The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (hereinafter, FDACS, Department, or Owner) issues this Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to obtain professional design and engineering services with qualified Architect and/or Engineering firm(s) (hereinafter, ARCHITECT – ENGINEER, A/E, Vendor, Firm, or Respondent) to design plans, specifications, provide bid support, and construction administration services for various projects within FDACS Region One (1). The Department intends to award up to eight (8) continuing Contracts (A/E service term agreements) to eligible firms to provide services throughout the FDACS Region One (1) (mapATTACHMENT A). Selected A/E firms will be eligible to negotiate and provide a predesign proposal for individual construction projects as initiated by the Department throughout the term of the continuing A/E services agreement(s) and any renewals. Once the Contract documents (100% construction documents) are complete, the A/E may be required to provide bid and construction administration services through final completion and Owner acceptance of the project.
