Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lake Worth is seeking to secure a pool of responsible qualified contractors to enter into a twelve (12) month contract to provide board and secure services for vacant single and multi-family residential and commercial structures located within the limits of the City of Lake Worth in accordance with City specifications, including emergency board-board-up where necessary. Services will be required on an as needed basis as requested by the City of Lake Worth, in a prompt and efficient manner. The City intends to select an undisclosed number of board-up contractors and enter into twelve (12) month contractual agreements to provide board-up services for the City of Lake Worth. Bidders meeting the minimum qualifications will be placed on a rotation basis for boarding and securing in the City. The City of Lake Worth may extend the contract for three additional twelve (12) month periods based upon need, funding availability and performance.
