Toho Water Authority (TOHO) is seeking qualified and licensed contractors to provide ongoing monitoring, testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair services for its fire and burglary alarm systems across multiple facilities. These services are essential to ensure the safety and security of TOHO’s personnel, property, and critical infrastructure, while maintaining compliance with NFPA 72, NFPA 70, the Florida Fire Prevention Code, and all applicable local regulations. The selected contractor will deliver reliable 24/7 alarm monitoring, timely response to service calls, and periodic inspections as required by codeand manufacturer standards. The goal of this contract is to maintain fully operational life-safety and security systems that support TOHO’s commitment to safe and uninterrupted utility operations.
