Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of the College is to select a State of Florida licensed and certified firms to provide installation, repairs and replacement of electronic access control systems, IP video cameras, CCTV and alarm systems Work will be assigned based on the firm’s ability to complete the work in the required time frame and on the basis of experience with similar jobs. At the Owner’s sole option, the contract may be renewed on a year to year basis for two (2) consecutive additional one year periods. This is a non-exclusive contract, with no guaranteed minimum. The intent of this proposal is to ensure single source responsibility for all material and labor proposed by each of the firms selected.
