THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO POST THE SECOND AND FINAL SET OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS DOCUMENT WITH CORRESPONDING DRAWINGS TO ALLOW FOR REVIEW OF THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
Notice: 100% Set-Aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program,
IAW FAR Subpart 19.502.2 award will be based on Lowest Price Technically
Acceptable quote meeting requirements of the specifications.
The NAICS code for this solicitation is 712110 or equivalent Contractors must
be currently listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business
for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offers not listed as a small
business for the appropriate NAICS may be deemed ineligible for further consideration.
