This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) is seeking to award a single Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract for Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Repairs, and Off Premises Notification Subscription Service to the Fire Alarm System at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) . This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective on June 11, 2025.
