Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is requesting Bid Submittals from firms licensed in the state of Florida to provide herbicide application with appropriate herbicide of all FLEPPC category I, category II species and nuisance species within the three restoration areas Area 1-3 and spot treatment along roadside and ditch banks and plugs. The acreage of each is: Area 1- 0.33 acres, Area 2- 0.54 acres, Area 3-0.64 acres and approximately 1.5 acres of spot treatment along roads, ditch banks and ditch plugs. Restoration areas have been planted with small tree species saplings. The application of herbicide in these areas will need to be done to prevent damage to the existing planted and natural regenerated native vegetation.
