Palm Beach County, a 340B covered entity under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, seeks proposals from individuals/firms experienced with 340B CONSULTING SERVICES to assist with development and implementation of a new 340B program, including establishing contract pharmacy agreements as well as compliance process development and audit preparedness. Consultant must know the requirements for 340B compliance, Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) 340B audits, manufacturer and other audits. Palm Beach County desires to optimize opportunities to stretch scarce federal resources as far as possible, reaching more eligible clients, and providing more comprehensive services to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations by purchasing discounted outpatient medications under Section 340B of the Public Health Service Act, 42 USC 256b.
