In case of any conflict with such sections, the intent of any kind and all Technical Specifications shall govern. 1.2 Cleaning Square footage 1.2.1 Up to 200- 12’x12’ horse stalls and 8 - 10’ x 10’ horse stalls. 1.2.2 Depending on number of stalls use per event. 1.3 Address 1.3.1 23100 W Newberry Rd., Newberry, FL 32669 1.4 Frequency 1.4.1 Upon request depending on event schedules. 1.5 Hours for Cleaning 1.5.1 To be determined depending on schedule and size of event. 1.5.2 Strip horse stalls every time to the rubber, remove all stall muck and place the waste in the muck bins outside the stalls. Blow off or sweep all aisle ways after cleaning stalls. Remove all muck from bins and stalls off the property. 1.5.3 Check all stall walls for nails and hardware, remove and dispose of them in the trash cans provided by the facility. 1.5.4 Please bid on: 1.5.4.1 Per dirty stall basis (number of stalls needing cleaning and frequency to be determined by management). 1.5.4.2 Per load basis for emptying muck bins (3 – muck bins 2.5' high-8.5' wide-19.5' long and 2 – that are about 8' x 12') and hauling waste of property. 1.6 The County reserves the option to add or delete services within the scope of the bid, based on the hourly bid rate and accepting a mutually agreed on price which must be approved by the Procurement Division or by obtaining such items via the County’s regular Procurement Procedures, as deemed in the best interest of the County
