One (1) 20’w X 4’d X8’H Backlit backwall with interior storage and secure locking door i. 60” smart TV mounted on backwall c. One (1) Custom backlit white laminate counter i. 6’w X 2’d X 3.5’H ii. Lockable storage on backside d. Two (2) Free-Standing literature racks e. Hang the sign frame provided by Commerce. Contractor will store the hanging sign for Commerce. 3. Graphics a. Graphics must be customized in accordance with Commerce’s specifications and recommendations. i. (2) 20’w X 8’h Backlit Graphics and Liners – Main Back Wall ii. (1) 4’w X 3’h Backlit Graphic – Reception Desk iii. (2) 4’w X 8’h Opaque Graphics – Door and Sides of Back Wall iv. (1) 10’ Diameter X 3’h Double-sided Graphic for Hanging Sign 4. Furniture a. 12 White silk back tools and five (5) 30” diameter bar tables 5. Flooring a. One (1) 20x20 Carpet and ½” padding 6. For all tradeshow booth exhibits, Contractor shall: a. Provide all pre-build labor b. Properly install and dismantle the exhibits c. Provide proper storage for the exhibits to ensure the exhibits are stored safely and securely d. Provide proper shipping to ensure the exhibits are timely and safely delivered to each tradeshow i. Contractor must provide round-trip shipping from the exhibit’s storage location directly to each tradeshow site. e.
