This ITB requests herbicide treatment of invasive plants on the South Yarborough tract within the Little Bid Econ State Forest as well as complete an initial treatment of Cogon grass, Caesar weed, and Chinese tallow. The contractor will also be required to do two follow up treatments of Caesar weed two months apart during the growing season. Vendors responding to this ITB must offer complete project pricing with its bid submission for the specifications outlined in this ITB. Technical Specifications The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision to perform the herbicide treatment specified herein, unless specifically identified. 2.3 General Requirements/Information This Invitation to Bid is for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and supervision required to apply herbicide for the approximate acreage as listed herein. The Contractor must use spraying equipment acceptable to the Florida Forest Service (FFS) as specified herein and treat all non-native plants within the project area. No materials, labor, or equipment will be furnished by the FFS unless specifically identified. No herbicide, surfactants, or dye will be provided by the FFS. Water is not available at the treatment sites and must be obtained from the Little Big Econ State Forest headquarters on Snow Hill Road or obtained from sites approved by the FFS Forester-in-Charge (Site Manager).
