Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Northwest Florida Water Management District (District), 81 Water Management Drive, Havana, FL 32333, is soliciting bids for the 2023 LONGLEAF PINE TUBELINGS (Project) for purchasing longleaf pine tubelings from a xeric longleaf pine sandhill upland or acceptable seed source. The bids will be for tubeling purchases and delivery with deliveries anticipated in winter (January or February) in 2023. Subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds and mutual agreement of both parties. The District’s estimated quantity of longleaf pine tubelings for January 2023 is approximately 1,000,000 to 1,400,000. Final quantities for January 2023 will be determined on or before June 1, 2022.
