Description

The Santa Rosa Island Authority ("Authority", "SRIA") is soliciting bids for open-air (or partial, open-air) trolleys via online bidding through the BidNet platform. (Open-air trolleys are preferred.) It is the intent of the Authority to purchase a total of three (3) trolleys. The Authority reserves the right to purchase fewer trolleys (one or two) if resulting bids exceed funding availability.
The trolleys are used to operate a free trolley service for residents and visitors between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The equipment is operated and maintained through an Interlocal Agreement with Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) of Escambia County.
Principal dimensions and specifications are provided in Section III of the ITB.
