Description

Santa Fe College Department of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting statements of qualifications for Construction Management Services for the Ralph W. Cellon, Jr. Institute on the Northwest Campus in Gainesville, Florida. The construction manager (CM) will provide preconstruction and construction management services for a new facility of approximately 30,000 GSF to house classroom and lab suites for applied engineering, HVAC, and welding programs as well as office and study space and related student and support service areas. The construction budget for this project is estimated at $7 million.
