Description

Santa Rosa County School Board in Milton, FL, seeks to establish a contract price for each the supply and installation of ceiling systems (lay-in and others) and the repair of the same. Please download the solicitation and related documents for scope of services and specifications.

Note: There will not be a pre-proposal conference. There will be two (2) rounds of questions and answers to assist with preparing proposals. Questions are to be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct portal. Questions will be reviewed and those determined to be relevant to the RFP will be answered and posted. The first round of questions is to be submitted no later than 4:00 PM CT, March 02, 2023. Relevant answers will be posted by 4:00 PM CT, March 07, 2023. The second and final round of questions is to be submitted no later than 4:00 PM CT, March 21, 2023. Relevant answers will be posted by 4:00 PM CT, March 23, 2023.

Only the names of the companies submitting a bid will be called out at the RFP opening per Florida Statute 119.071.
Proposals submitted will be publicly reviewed in the Director of Purchasing and Contract Administrator’s office at 3:15PM CT, April 04, 2023.
