Description

The Santa Rosa County School District is seeking to replace the existing sign at Oriole Beach Elementary School located at 1260 Oriole Beach Rd, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32563. The new sign will be a double-sided LED sign with a minimum 10mm resolution. The quote must include software with full clip art graphics and scheduling capabilities. Pricing to include removal and installation of the new sign.

Information Provided:
1. Bottom of the sign may be either brick or faux brick; color preference a shade of brown to complement the exterior facade of the school
2. See attached proof for preferred design style
  1. Entire sign not to exceed 7 ft tall x 10 ft wide
  2. 2-3 ft tall digital screen
  3. 10mm or better resolution
  4. Must include illuminated ID cabinet with the school name: Oriole Beach Elementary
  5. Must include the school mascot: Sea Turtle
  6. School ID cabinet 20-30 inches tall
3. The school colors are: Teal/Aqua
Please provide connectivity options: wireless and wired - fiberoptic is preferred wired option.
The vendor is responsible for obtaining all applicable permits prior to work beginning.

List all features of the proposed sign (LED display dimensions, pixel pitch, pixel matrix, cabinet ID display dimensions, etc.).
Include any discounted pricing supplied materials.
Include a graphic rendering and design drawings of the final layout.
Submit two proposals:
1. Double-sided display with wireless connectivity
2. Double-sided disply with wired connectivity, preferrably fiberoptic
