SSN-01-BG - Multimedia Notification System

Santa Rosa County District Schools is seeking a Uniform Messaging System to consolidate all messaging needs into one. The System must meet the following minimum requirements:

• System must allow for origination of notification at teacher/school/district levels.
• System must allow for use by English speakers and Spanish speakers. 
• Auto-translation
• Parent, student, and School District information is protected as confidential and private.
• Must be able to extract contact information/statistics from your system using automated processes.
• Must have System Survey capabilities
• Multiple options for sending/uploading data (Email, SFTP, etc.).
• Must be able to import call lists and manage call lists.
• Must have "Do Not Call" lists and "opt-outs" lists.
• Options of notification must include email, telephone, text message, and any other methods. 
• Ability for system to allow defined groups of people to be selected for notification; such as just to seniors, kindergarteners, parents only, or staff only.
• System must be used simultaneously by different call groups
• Be able to handle emergency notifications (i.e., bomb threats, school safety) and school outreach (i.e., absence/tardy notification, school events).
