The Santa Rosa County School District is seeking demolition contractor services for the demolition of the Gulf Breeze Flea Market property located at 5760 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, insurance, certifications, licensing, other incidentals required to perform the work, performing all work IAW Florida Building Code and Chapter 553 of Florida Statute, and obtaining all required permits and inspections prior to demolition start.

- Disconnect all necessary utilities prior to demolition
- Demolition of sheds and buildings (Approx. 40,000 sq ft)
- Asphalt slabs to remain
- Asphalt parking and driveway areas to remain
- Remove all demolition debris from site
- Contractor can include pricing in their proposals for keeping any or all material from the demo or include pricing for the disposition of demo materials.
