Detailed information will be discussed at a pre-proposal conference to be held February 25, 2022 at 9:00AM CST, at the Santa Rosa County School Board Administrative Support Complex in the Maintenance Department upstairs Conference Room located at 6544 Firehouse Road, Milton, FL 32570. Additionally, the pre-proposal conference will be offered by virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams; refer to the solicitation document for detailed information. The first five (5) minutes of the conference will be for distribution of documents and for contractors to sign in. The conference will be recorded, with the resulting recording becoming a part of the documentation for this solicitation. Copies of the recording will be made available to interested parties by notifying the Purchasing Department. There may be site visit(s) to a few of our schools per attendees’ requests.
