Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a licensed/certified vendor to provide comprehensive all-inclusive custodial services for Pasco-Hernando State College (College) to meet all applicable standards for maintaining healthy, clean, and sanitary conditions at all six (6) college locations. The contract period will be a three (3) year term subject to three (3) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement. The College reserves the right to add services, reduce the scope of work, or conduct work in phases during the contract period under the same conditions and terms of this agreement. Additional services may be included in the future under the same contract. The college reserves the right to contract with additional vendor(s) for additional services including but not limited to exterior window washing and exterior building power washing.
