Summary of Specifications:
Pasco County, as host agency for the Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), is requesting statements of qualifications on behalf of the MPO for professional transportation planning services to provide production support to the MPO transportation planning activities set forth in the adopted FY 10/11, FY 11/12 and future Unified Planning Work Programs (UPWPs) that are adopted within the terms of the resulting contracts. The MPO, intends to award a contract to one (1) or more firms that are deemed to be the best qualified and appropriate for the defined scope of work.
