Summary of Specifications:
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting competitive sealed bids from qualified outside service providers for ongoing and as needed residential and commercial construction plan review, construction inspections and re-inspections for the building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trade categories for County building code enforcement purposes. The subject services will be used for single and/or multi-story structures within unincorporated areas in Pasco County. The resulting contract shall be based on a fixed, all inclusive unit price per hour.
