Summary of Specifications:
To support the County’s mission and in an effort to maintain the highest quality, service, and responsiveness for its citizens, the County seeks an experienced Contractor to provide landscape and grounds maintenance services at facilities and properties throughout the County. This includes the visual appearance of the grounds and the health and condition of the shrubs, trees, ground cover, flowers, and turf. The Contractor will provide landscape maintenance services at all County facilities and properties where contract services are required. The facilities and properties will include, but are not limited to, libraries, parks, fire stations, government buildings (grounds), etc.
