Summary of Specifications:
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting qualifications from firms qualified and experienced in design of fire stations. Proposals will only be considered from those firms demonstrating expertise and experience in the design of fire stations and related public facilities. Pasco County requires a qualified architect to provide design services for the construction of one (1) or more career fire stations. The services shall include all necessary architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural designs, specifications and drawings required for permitting, bidding, and construction of the subject fire stations. The professional will be required to provide geometric and topographic surveys sufficient for all SWFWMD, Florida DEP and County permits. The successful architect shall be required to provide construction administration services during the construction of each station designed.
