Summary of Specifications:
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for on-going lease (rental) of property for the development, construction, operation and management of cellular communication tower(s). The properties are located at Parks and Recreation sites throughout Pasco County. Rental will be limited to the space required for the tower. Rental does not include the total acreage at each listed site. The County reserves the right to negotiate the terms of the lease agreement and award accordingly in a manner that is deemed to be in the County’s best interest. The minimum rate accepted will be $1,300.00 per month per location. The initial term of the lease shall be no less than five (5) years.
