Summary of Specifications:
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from experienced professionals for the development of a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan. Professionals with documented successful experience in the development of successful facilities master plans for local governments or other large organizations, are encouraged to participate. The County, at its sole discretion, intends to award a contract to the best qualified professional/firm that offers a proposal that is deemed to be in the County’s overall best interest.
