Summary of Specifications:
The Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County is requesting proposals from collection agencies specializing in the collections of Emergency Services Ambulance Fees to undertake the collection of past due bills and bills returned as a result of bad address information. The successful proposing firm will be a full service agency offering customer friendly calls, letters, payment plans, payment by credit or debit card, perform skip tracing, and offer an integrated voice response system (IVR) to allow patients to check the balance owed and make electronic payments 24 hours a day. In addition to these collection matters, other collection items may be referred from time to time by the County to the successful proposing agency for collection.
