Summary of Specifications:
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from firms experienced in providing adult drug treatment services for defendants as described in this RFP. The successful Offeror must demonstrate the willingness, capacity and ability to provide one, a portion of one, more than one, or all of the following services: 1) Outpatient Level II drug treatment services for defendants in Adult Drug Court, as directed by the Court. Contractor will provide foreign language interpreters for individual and group counseling sessions as deemed necessary; 2) Contractor will provide Outpatient Level III drug treatment services for defendants in Adult Drug Court, as directed by the Court. Contractor will provide foreign language interpreters for individual and group counseling sessions as deemed necessary; and 3) Contractor will provide a clinical screen and assessment of each Drug Court participant in and out of custody using American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria and recommend a level of drug treatment. Services shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 65D-30, Florida Administrative Code.
