It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a vendor to transport and deploy reef materials to Pasco Reef No. 4, located approximately ten point three (10.3) nautical miles from Hudson Marker 2 at
bearing of 273 degrees (west of Hudson Beach), as per specifications herein. This project will be funded in whole or in part through an award made by the Gulf Consortium with funds granted by the Gulf Ecosystem Restoration Council from the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council Oil Spill Impact Program.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held March 1, 2021, @ 10:00 a.m., at the Duke Energy Anclote Power Plant, 1729 Ballies Bluff Road, Holiday, FL 34691. All interested parties are required to attend. Interested contractors should meet at the entrance to the site and will be escorted back onto the property. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the issued request for qualification documents. This conference will be held only once. In those instances where a mandatory pre-bid is required, failure to attend and sign in shall disqualify any bidder from submitting a bid. Attendees must be present at the mandatory pre-bid conference in order to qualify to submit a bid.
