It is the intention of the Panhandle Area Educational Consortium (PAEC), working with the Division of Early Learning at the Florida Department of Education, to establish contracts available for school districts and all other public sector and non-profit agencies for Florida Preschool Development-Birth through a Five Mobile Applications. This is a solicitation for a minimum of three (3) mobile applications through vendors to provide the services outlined in the Scope for educational entities in all 67 Florida School Districts. Therefore, multiple awards will be considered during the evaluation and award process.
