2022-002 - RFQ 2022-002 Construction Manager at Risk

Okaloosa Gas District (“the District”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)  for selection of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to aid in the planning and construction of new facilities to include, at minimum , a new 101,000 sq. ft. administration building, 200 car parking deck, 7500 sq. ft. warehouse, 4000 sq. ft. meter shop, 3600 sq. ft. fleet maintenance shop, 1800 sq. ft. weld shop, 3400 sq. ft. fuel depot and associated surface parking and site improvements at the Valparaiso Campus.
