RFP-CH-OP2025-02 - RFP-CH-OP2025-02 Janitorial Cleaning Services Contract

Okaloosa Gas District (OGD) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide janitorial and cleaning services for its facilities located in Valparaiso, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview, Florida. Services include routine and periodic cleaning of office, restroom, and common areas as identified in facility drawings.
The selected contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies required to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Consumables such as paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, and urinal cakes will be supplied by OGD.
The contract will be awarded based on a competitive evaluation that includes price, experience and qualifications, references and past performance, and work plan and staffing.
