ITB WS 12-26 - Paint & Repair Water Tanks

Blasting, cleaning, repairing, and painting of the North Beal Extension 500,000-gallon
torospherical elevated water storage tank. Repairing and repainting of the roof on the four following elevated water storage tanks.
1. El Matador 200,000-gallon pedestal spheroid tank
2. Live Oak 1.5 million gallon hydropillar tank
3. Main Island 500,000-gallon pedestal spheroid tank
4. Oddfellow 1.5 million gallon hydropillar tank
Interior cleaning and inspections of two potable water storage tanks including inspection reports
documenting the condition of the tank, to satisfy the requirements of FAC Chapter 62-555.350
(2) requirements for these tanks. Tanks will not be taken out of service for these inspections.
Visual inspection of hatches/doors and ventilation screening of tanks in the Okaloosa County
Water system, to satisfy the requirements of FAC Chapter 62-555.350 (2). Pictorial
documentation of hatches/doors and condition of screens and obstruction lighting should be
submitted for each of these tanks and labeled per tank.
Miscellaneous repairs on twelve tanks in the OCWS system, with a detailed list of requested
repairs in Paragraph 3.6 of the Repairing and Repainting Water Tanks Technical Specification
(Section 33 00 10371)
