The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting Quote proposals for Contractor services to provide all labor, material and equipment required to refinish the gymnasium floor at Meigs Middle School located in Shalimar, Florida. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete this project. The School anticipates for the services for this project to begin after Basketball season, on or before the Sprng Break Holiday which begins March 20, 2023 through March 24, 2023. Site visit is optional - Meigs Middle School is located at: 150 Richbourg Avenue, Shalimar, FL 32579. Pages 1,4,13,14,15 and 16 must be completed and emailed or faxed back on or before the reply due date and time (email and fax number are provided on page 1 of the RFQ 23-24.
