Shallow-draft barge services are required for transportation and placement of 520 tons of class I riprap limestone. Limestone will be placed in marked breakwater footprints in approximately 18-24 inches of water within 10 feet from the Mean High Water Line along 2,500 linear feet of shoreline. The project is on the Eglin Air Force Base reservation and the site is inaccessible for materials staging.
