The selected Architectural firms will be responsible for reviewing all existing zoning ordinances and building codes. The teams will be responsible for incorporating all the above data into complete construction documents, including final working drawings, specifications, and bid documents necessary for the bidding and construction of the project, and in some instances, for construction management. The construction documents and drawings must comply with the College Facilities Management requirements and Florida Status (particularly surveys).
