The purpose of the issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to publicly solicit the services of qualified professional firm that can assist the College with professional display design and manufacturing services to support its diverse range of community functions. The selected service providers shall design and manufacture high-quality displays that enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of MDC's community events. Displays are to be versatile, durable, and easy to assemble and disassemble as allowed by the specific scope of work for each project. Service provider’s designs should reflect the unique themes and branding of each event through innovative and engaging display solutions.
